ACTIVE & FUNCTION:
- Magnesium:  helps to build and maintain strong bones and teeth; it is essential for use of energy by the body and necessary for muscle function.
- Vitamin C: Antioxidant that protects the body's cells, it is necessary to maintain healthy bone, teeth, cartilage, gums and skin; it boosts the immune system which is depressed during exercise.
- Vitamin B6: Necessary for healthy teeth, bones, hair, skin and nails, it is recommended in case of intense fatigue and during recovery.
 
INGREDIENTS:
Magnesium carbonate (provides 200 mg of Magnesium), Silicon dioxide E-551, Magnesium stearate E-551, Microcrystalline cellulose.
 
RECOMMENDED USE:
Children from 3 to 6 years: 1 teaspoon (5ml) per day,
Older than 6 years: 2 teaspoons (10ml) 1 or 2 times a day.
