ACTIVE & FUNCTION:
- Chastberry extract: Used traditionally to treat menstrual cramps and problems related to childbirth and menopause. Helps maintain good comfort before and during the menstrual cycle (1).
- Black cohosh extract: The HMPC concluded that these black cohosh preparations can be used to treat menopausal complaints such as hot flushes and excessive sweating (2).
- Wild yam extract: Decreases stomach aches and promotes digestion.
- Capsella-bursa pastoris extract: Helps maintain normal urinary flow.

INGREDIENTS:
Capsella bursa-pastoris extract, Chasteberry extract (Vitex agnus-castus), Wild Yam extract (Dioscorea villosa), Black cohosh extract (Cimicifuga racemosa), Magnesium stearate (E-572), Silicon dioxide (E-551), Maltodextrine (E1400).
 
RECOMMENDED USE:
2 capsules per day with a glass of water, preferably in the morning.
Take one capsule per day a week before menstruation
You might take it for as long as symptoms last.
