ACTIVE & FUNCTION:
- Valerian: Valerian extract contains a number of compounds that help promote and normalize sleep, in addition to reducing anxiety.
-Passion Flower: The chemicals in passion flower extract have calming, sleep inducing, and muscle spasm relieving effects.
- Hawthorn: Contributes to decrease irritability and tenseness.
-Melatonin: Reduces psychomotor agitation and increases body resistance to stress which favors obtaining a restful sleep. It also reduces the time it takes to fall asleep.
 
INGREDIENTS:
Microcrystalline cellulose, Magnesium stearate, Silicon Dioxide.
 
RECOMMENDED USE:
- Take 1 tablet a day 30 minutes before bedtime.
- Do not exceed the daily dose expressly recommended.
- Food complements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
