- Melatonin: Melatonin is a natural hormone that we have in the body and it is release helps to fall asleep. Melatonin supplementation helps to normalize the sleep-wake cycle in case of subjective feelings of jet-lag and contributes to decrease the time needed to fall asleep. It reduces psychomotor agitation and increases body resistance to stress which favors obtaining a restful sleep. It also reduces the time it takes to fall asleep.
INGREDIENTS:
Water, Melatonin, Fructose, acifier (Citric acid, E-330), preservatives (Sodium benzoate, E-211 and potassium sorbate E-202), thickener (Xhantan gum, E-415), lemon aroma.
RECOMMENDED USE:
Teens and Adults: 10 drops before bedtime.
Children from 12 years or less: 6 drops 1 hour before bedtime.
Take it during one month to regulate the natural fall asleep.
